Abstract:At present,the territory of rental industry is constantly expanding,both in terms of the types of goods and rental forms are constantly innovating.In traditional centralized rental platforms,the valuation data and transaction information generated in the process of rental are collected by proprietary non-transparent internal databases,which may lead to the potential abuse of the system.This paper uses the characteristics of data traceability,immutability and decentralization of the blockchain to propose the design of an device rental model based on the blockchain.Combine the blockchain in the rental platform,let the lessor and lessee nodes build a decentralized blockchain network,and install smart contracts in it to complete the rental process.Let the transaction information generated during leasing and the data generated when the device is used be uploaded to the blockchain,and then reach a consensus to form a block record in the network.In order to solve the problems of asymmetric credit information and difficulty in obtaining evidence for lease disputes in the process of centralized device leasing.
