Abstract:As the most important manufacturing equipment in the modern digital workshop,numerical control equipment can solve the problems of various equipment networking,which is of great significance to the unified management of the workshop,the early warning of equipment failure and the recovery of the processing process.Based on the analysis of the traditional acquisition method of CNC system,the MTConnect standard based on adapters and agents and the popular communication protocol based on OPC UA,the OPC UA protocol is more secure,reliable and neutral than other technologies.Based on the framework of OPC UA system,this paper designs a network acquisition server based on the architecture of OPC UA standard.At the same time,in order to be compatible with a variety of collection methods,an extensible OPC UA server architecture was proposed,and the communication mode between modules in the system was elaborated.Aiming at the data transmission mode of some numerical control devices,the design concept of designing the middle layer as the intermediary was applied to design the OPC UA server module.Finally,the model is verified on the self-developed CNC system and the CNC system of many famous manufacturers at home and abroad,and the correctness and practicability of the model are proved.
